Apartment living is better with your best friend. We have the perfect home for you and your pet. Hobbs Station is proud to be pet-friendly so when you are searching for your next apartment, be sure you check out our fabulous apartments and amazing amenities. 


One-Time Pet Fee: $300

Monthly Pet Rent: $35

Pet Limit: 2


Our Garage Policy

Indiana weather can be unpredictable, but we have you covered with our reserved parking garage. Maximum 2 garage spaces per apartment. Surface parking is first come, first serve for additional residents and guests. 


1st Garage Space: $60/monthly

2nd Garage Space: Additional $135/monthly


Additional Storage

On-site, interior storage closets are available for rent, conveniently located in the common hallway of select floors. 


Storage Closet: $25/monthly

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process. 

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

  • What is the length of your lease?

    Hobbs Station offers flexible lease terms to accommodate various lifestyle needs. We provide lease options ranging from 9 months to 15 months. Whether you're looking for a short-term rental or a longer stay, we have a lease term that suits your preferences. 

  • What is your pet policy? Pet fees?

    We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make them feel right at home. 


    Our pet policy includes:


    Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs.

    Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.

    Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.


    Certain breed restrictions may apply. 


  • What type of floor plans does Hobbs Station offer?

    Our property features a range of floor plans, from Studio apartments to One-, Two- and Three-bedroom apartments. We invite you to explore our apartment floor plans in person by scheduling a tour or by viewing our floor plan layouts online.

    Yes, residents can conveniently pay rent online through our secure resident portal! Our online payment system allows you to manage your rent payments with ease, whether you're at home or on the go. With a few simple clicks, you can:
