One-Time Pet Fee: $300

Our Garage Policy
Indiana weather can be unpredictable, but we have you covered with our reserved parking garage. Maximum 2 garage spaces per apartment. Surface parking is first come, first serve for additional residents and guests.
1st Garage Space: $60/monthly
2nd Garage Space: Additional $135/monthly
Additional Storage
On-site, interior storage closets are available for rent, conveniently located in the common hallway of select floors.
Storage Closet: $25/monthly
Qualifying Rental Criteria
Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.
Income: Income verification is required during the application process.
Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
Hobbs Station offers flexible lease terms to accommodate various lifestyle needs. We provide lease options ranging from 9 months to 15 months. Whether you're looking for a short-term rental or a longer stay, we have a lease term that suits your preferences.
